Order is subject to prior sale. In event equipment has been sold to another customer, customer's pre-payment will be returned in full.
Payment outside of the U.S. or Canada must be made by wire transfer, or by a method mutually agreeable between U.S. Computer and the customer.
Any payment by credit card for an amount exceeding $500 USD requires that the buying company authenticate itself before attempting the purchase through this store. U.S. Computer reserves the right to reject any order in which the buyer's information cannot be authenticated.
In case of an international shipment, customer is fully responsible for all taxes and duties on imported items. Customer acknowledges that U.S. Computer Hardware cannot calculate these costs in advance of shipment, and therefore customer should negotiate the amount of such charges with the corresponding customs authorities. Such charges will be paid either to customs agencies or to our shipper's representative in the destination country.
In case of shipment within continental United States, we ship most of the ordered items within next 2 business days after the order is paid in full. Some complex products and systems may require additional testing and/or configuration before shipment, and customer should contact us before the order is placed to negotiate the actual delivery time. Larger items often require special logistics and terms and conditions, so please contact us with your questions and concerns in advance of placing an order. We always make our best effort to ship the purchased items as quickly as possible.
If you decide to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible! Orders can be cancelled by phone only. If an order is cancelled on the day of shipment after 1:00 PM (Pacific Time), the customer remains responsible for the shipment and handling charges.
Used products are protected by our 90 day warranty and are warranted to be in good working condition on arrival. If a defective part is found, U.S. Computer Hardware will have the choice to replace it with a working part, or to return customer's money upon return of the product in the same condition it was shipped.
New products purchased from distribution are covered by manufacturer warranty when applicable. Contact the manufacturer for details on warranty.
